I have 30 years of experience in the high technology industry, specifically working with customers and partners in the field of Test & Measurement. I have served in various leadership roles at NI (National Instruments) including UK General Manger, VP sales EMEA and VP Global Distribution Sales.
My experience includes sales strategy development and execution, change management across a large organisation, team development including repeated external recognition via great places to work competitions, and collaboration with value-add partners and management of external sales channels/distributors.
I am now looking to use these skills and experiences to help businesses improve their performance and evolve to ever-changing markets, through continued development and engagement of their employees.
